Return & Exchange Policy

Return Policy

For a full refund, a return request must be made within 24 hours of receipt. Any requests made after 24 hours will allow for exchange only and must be made within 7 days of receipt. We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the item received is determined to be damaged or unsaleable. Altered products and custom orders cannot be returned for exchange or refund. 

All pieces will be subject to a quality control inspection, and the original packaging must be intact. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the piece received is determined to be damaged. 

Notice: All international orders are final sale. All custom orders and special orders placed on michelleminott.com are final sale. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please email us within 24 hours of receipt. 

Return procedure: If you wish to make a return, please email heysis@michelleminott.com and title the subject of your email “RETURN,” followed by the order number. We will provide a prepaid shipping label and will assist in arranging pick up for all returns. Once the return is inspected, the customer will receive a full refund to the original form of payment less the return shipping fees. 

Exchanges: If you wish to make an exchange, please email heysis@michelleminott.com and title the subject of your email “EXCHANGE,” followed by the order number. We are pleased to assist you with your exchange or offer you store credit. We will provide a prepaid shipping label and will assist in arranging pick up for all exchange pieces.

Notice: Return request frequency is kept on record. Michelleminott.com has the right to refuse a return if excessive return requests are made by the same account or individual.
