If you have had to drag yourself out of the warm, inviting cocoon of your bed, you aren’t alone. It’s eclipse season. Use this time to recharge your energy (treating yourself well is part of this rest period!). Where can you simplify your life/ projects/ work? Let go of the need to control the outcome so that the divine can send you what you need when you need it.
Key messages this season- as always, take what resonates and leave the rest:
- It’s okay to make yourself a priority. Repeat after me: “I care for myself because I am important.” You can’t pour from an empty cup.
- Release your emotional baggage. Give yourself permission process and disconnect from what is no longer in alignment.
- A period of solo rest, introspection will help you gain the clarity you need. Reconsider, change or simplify your approach.
- Trust your intuition. Be decisive and finish what you start. Stop overthinking or getting bogged down in details. Commit!
- Take a moment to feel proud of how far you have come. Reward yourself for your efforts, not only the wins.
