The Michelle Minott brand exists to empower, inspire, and support Black women and femmes as we break cycles of both imposter syndrome and low self-worth, and then begin to heal. We celebrate those who paved the way and inspire us to dream. Through our Reiki infused, crystal charged, Black culture honoring pieces we are challenging the established standards of beauty and redefining the lenses that luxury is seen through to include Black women and femmes.
Michelle Minott is an independent, Black female-owned fine jewelry company based in Los Angeles. The company arose out of Michelle’s first-hand experience of the underrepresentation within and lack of courtship of Black women and femmes in both the luxury market and it’s similar spaces.
About
Michelle
NYC native Michelle Minott is a multi-discipline designer and artist. Over the course of her twenty-year career in the fashion industry, Michelle successfully created, built and nurtured brands from conception to market for a variety of fashion companies.
Years of navigating the corporate design world as a Black woman left her seeking a reconnection to the joy of her youth and free exploration of her college years at NYC’s Fashion Institute Technology. Soon, her childhood love of working with crystals and gemstones was rekindled. Paired with fond memories of exploring her grandmother’s decade spanning costume jewelry collection, the idea of creating a Reiki and crystal charged fine jewelry line consisting of pieces representing her culture’s rich history was born.
Each collection showcases luxury heirloom jewelry that reflects our culture's past, present, and future. Jewels to pass down and on. Healing jewelry to support you in this life. Investments that cement your legacy for generations to come.

Founded by a passionate jewelry designer who is living the experience of a being Black woman in this world, MM’s mission is to guide young Black women and femmes in ways to manifest their dreams and goals while providing a sense of security and community. We are your coconspirator, offering support and encouragement, delivering an experience that was not available to Black women and femmes of the past.
We want you to know that you deserve to pamper and express yourself unapologetically. Together, we will celebrate our culture, our journey and our future. At Michelle Minott, we are challenging the established standards of beauty and redefining the narrative around what constitutes luxury, who represents and gets to participate in it on our own terms.
We dream of a future where the next generations confidently exist within luxury spaces; without the internal and external conflict we experience today. We are creating a space through our social media, web and in person events to normalize self-care, displays of vulnerability and the celebration of ourselves for every win, big and small. In this community we support each other as we manifest our dreams and build that brighter legacy for generations to come.
This vision is rooted in a desire to normalize having an abundance mindset and taking up space in the world. In the Michelle Minott community we want you to feel seen, your opinions validated and your presence valued. We encourage you to come as you are and realize your inherent worthiness and divinity.

This fine jewelry line consists of pieces that represent our culture’s rich history and lineage with a luxurious twist. Thoughtfully designed to sooth, infused with Reiki and charged in a crystal grid, every piece in the Michelle Minott collection is primed to become a part of your legacy and passed on to the next generation.
Every piece is designed, crafted and finished in Los Angeles. We produce on small batches using domestically sourced gold and fine gemstones and crystal from all over the world. Intentionally engraved with our signature affirmation and shipped in keepsake jewelry case with a travel pouch, polishing cloth and gift bag.

After an in-depth client consultation with Michelle herself, we intuitively choose genuine gold and precious gemstones and crystals to create a custom luxury piece that is later infused with Reiki, charged in a crystal grid and designed to support the well-being of the energy body.
