Rhodium doesn't easily oxidize, corrode, or react to your skin. It's nickel-free and naturally hypoallergenic.

Feel free to swim and shower in your Rhodium Rose Gold plated piece but be careful of perfumes, oils or sprays getting directly on the surface as the will dull shine over time.

Care: To restore shine, gently rub the surface of your piece with a soft jewelry cloth (one that doesn't contain any harsh chemicals).

Reiki is a Japanese energy healing technique intended to enhance the body’s natural healing response.  The word Reiki is a combination of the Japanese words “rei” (mysterious atmosphere, miraculous sign) and “ki” (meaning vital force, energy or light).  When you buy a Michelle Minott piece it will be cleansed and infused with energy of the highest vibration. This practice is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. 

For a full refund, a return request must be made within 24 hours of receipt. Any requests made after 24 hours will allow for exchange only and must be made within 7 days of receipt. We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the item received is determined to be damaged or unsaleable. Altered products and custom orders cannot be returned for exchange or refund. 

All pieces will be subject to a quality control inspection, and the original packaging must be intact. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the piece received is determined to be damaged. 

Please Note: All international orders are final sale. All custom orders and special orders placed on michelleminott.com are final sale. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please email us within 24 hours of receipt. 

If you wish to make a return, please email heysis@michelleminott.com and title the subject of your email “RETURN,” followed by the order number. We will provide a prepaid shipping label and will assist in arranging pick up for all returns. Once the return is inspected, the customer will receive a full refund to the original form of payment less the return shipping fees. 

If you wish to make an exchange, please email heysis@michelleminott.com and title the subject of your email “EXCHANGE,” followed by the order number. We are pleased to assist you with your exchange or offer you store credit. We will provide a prepaid shipping label and will assist in arranging pick up for all exchange pieces.


Please note: return request frequency is kept on record. Michelleminott.com has the right to refuse a return if excessive return requests are made by the same account or individual.

Shipping

This online store uses multiple shipping providers (including the United States Postal Service, United Parcel Service, and other shipping consolidators) for all US domestic and international orders. Your shipping and handling fees are calculated based on the weight, distance from our headquarters in southern California, and the insured value of your order (where applicable). PLEASE NOTE: These shipping and handling costs are almost always completely out of our control and are based solely on charges from these third party parcel agencies and/or foreign government postal agencies. All shipping and handling fees are displayed to you before your order can be completed, and all shipping policies and fees are considered accepted by you when you SUBMIT your order.

Please allow 7-10 business days after your order has been placed for it to be processed and shipped, excluding weekends and holidays. When shipments are successfully made, this online store will email a shipment tracking number to the email address associated with the order. This tracking number is also available for your review by logging into your store account and reviewing your Order History. In some cases, especially with orders outside of the United States, tracking numbers will display no or erroneous information at first; please allow up to 5 business days after receiving your tracking # for the information to update.

Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and other fees levied by the destination country. In these cases, the recipient of such an international shipment will be subject to said import taxes, customs duties, and fees when the shipment arrives at the appropriate international facility. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; we have no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may be. By clicking SUBMIT on your order, you are confirming that you understand your responsibility for any import taxes, customs duties, and/or other fees levied by the country of your shipping address.
